1. Preamble: This Privacy Policy applies to the personally identifiable information of users of Freemeteo and relates to the conditions of collection, processing and management of information by the owner of this site. This Privacy Policy does not cover the relationship between Freemeteo users and other services that are not owned by Freemeteo and over which Freemeteo does not have any form of control. 8. Commitment to the Security of Personally Identifiable Information: Freemeteo is committed to implementing a policy that protects the privacy of its users. Therefore, Freemeteo has installed mechanisms to protect the personal information that users provide to the site. 9. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be illegal, void or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, this shall not affect the legality, validity or enforceability of all other provisions of this Agreement in that jurisdiction.
10. Language: This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English text and any other translated text, the English version shall prevail.
11. Changed Terms: Freemeteo reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy after notification to the User. Your use of the Site following receipt of such notice constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
